Only had the 1-1/8" available, which didn't fit me. The 1-1/8" would probably fit me in the Schutt DNA as they don't compress anywhere near as much. In the end I ordered 1-3/8" Air Maxx TPU Jaw Pad. Fits perfectly, because even though technically too big for me, they compress a lot and fits like a glove.

one of the jaw pads lets all the air out too easily and doesn't inflate again after impacts

Best Jaw pads on the market. Very comfortable and easily fit into your helmet.

Worth the extra cash...much more comfortable, and absorbs impact better...We chose the larger size for my son to enable any slack in fitting to be taken up!...but still achieved a comfortable fit!...The problem with non air cheek pads is that if you are lucky...they fit ...if you are unlucky...they are too tight or too slack...
