Measure shoulder width from shouldertip to shouldertip - STRAIGHT ACROSS YOUR BACK, not curved over your shoulderline.

Fitting shoulderpads is not a precise art.  Everyone is a different shape and the best way to find out what size you are in a given pad range is to try them on.  If you have the opportunity to try on some friends' pads, that's great.  Or maybe you can visit our fitting room, if you're near enough to North Cambridgeshire.  Alternatively, we have a comprehensive Returns Policy so you can always return the pad if it doesn't fit.
