This product is a great piece of kit. It is comfortable and durable, lightweight. It took no time at all in getting to me too. I would definitely recommend to anyone of all levels of the sport. You hardly feel you are wearing pads which is a good thing if you are RB's or WR's.

the girdle is constructed in a way that puls your legs back to being straight down from the hips so is makes you run faster by giving extra elasticity to your thighs
