For an additional cost, you can upgrade your girdle to a Schutt or BIKE 5-pocket girdle with integrated pads - much easier and quicker to put on. You just need to insert the knee pads (included). If you don't add this option, you will receive a standard 3-pocket girdle and a 7-piece pad set with your kit.
