|Do you deliver to my country?|
|We can deliver to the following countries:
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.

In addition, if you are visiting us in person or attending one of our Roadshows, we can accept cash, but please don't send cash through the post.
Kindly note that we will not process your order until we receive payment from you.
|Delivery - When and How Much?|
|Postage & Packing Charges
Postage and packing is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered postage and packing choices for your location, as well as their prices. If you don't have an account or don't wish to log in, you can still enter your postcode and country at the checkout screen, to get a delivery estimate.
If the items on your order are in stock, we will aim to despatch according to when your order is placed...
Mon-Fri before midday - Despatch Same Day
Mon-Fri after midday - Despatch Next working Day
Sat/Sun - Despatch on Monday
The above schedule excludes public holidays.
If you are a UK customer, you can select Royal Mail first class (usually next day delivery) or second class (around 2-5 days). If your item is too large or too valuable for the Royal Mail service, we will automatically upgrade you to Parcelforce courier delivery, with the same delivery schedules.
If you are in another European Union country, we will use an international courier and delivery will take between 2-7 days.
We hold large amounts of gear, and the vast majority of our orders are fulfilled from stock. However, we offer a wide range of products, sizes and colours and so sometimes an item you require might not be immediately available. When you order something that we don't have in stock, we can backorder it for you from our suppliers.
The time taken for this can vary, because we use a variety of manufacturers and suppliers and they are mainly based overseas, in the USA, Pakistan and Europe. It could be anything from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We will contact you with an estimated delivery schedule but please feel free to contact us at any point along the way for an update.
