Online Purchases

For purchases made on-line, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 28 days of purchase providing the item is returned with the original invoice, is unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging. Return address is on our contact page

For size exchanges you will be responsible for the return postage and also our postage costs for sending the different size

Non-faulty items outside of the 28 day period

Where items are NOT faulty and are returned outside of the 28-day period, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund. We will consider cases on individual merit and if appropriate a refund of the last known selling price will be issued in voucher format.

Faulty items outside of the 28 day period - upto 6 months

Where the manufacturer confirms an item is faulty we will replace this or offer a suitable replacement of the same value.

Free postage items returned

If you have returned an item that qualified for free postage you may be responsible for the postage costs incurred
